Managing Relationships with Married or Partnered Clients

About the Financial DNA Research Series

Our International Center for Behavioral Research is conducting cutting-edge research as an ongoing effort to identify best practices in client relationship management and the application of behavioral analysis.  We would like to learn more about how you work with your clients. We will be posting a series of brief surveys to target particular aspects of the relationship management and advice processes. After each survey, we will post an article detailing our findings and identifying best practices that you can apply in your business. We appreciate your participation in this effort to help advance the development of client-centric business models.

This survey should take approximately 1 minute to complete. Research reports will be provided.

1st Research Initiative

Our first research initiative focuses on how financial advisors manage relationships with married or partnered clients.

A note on privacy
This survey is anonymous.
The record kept of your survey responses does not contain any identifying information about you unless a specific question in the survey has asked for this. If you have responded to a survey that used an identifying token to allow you to access the survey, you can rest assured that the identifying token is not kept with your responses. It is managed in a separate database, and will only be updated to indicate that you have (or haven't) completed this survey. There is no way of matching identification tokens with survey responses in this survey.
